Dena and I had the privilege of teaching an IBEP class this weekend that included 2 Game Wardens (1 active and 1 retired), 2 youths (1 - 16 years and 1 - 12), an LSBA Area Rep. Mr Brandon Ermis, and the Executive Director of the National Archery in the Schools Program for Australia, Neil Curtis. He was a real pleasure to visit with. Neil is also the first IBEP Instructor in Australia. I of course have offered to go down and certify a few more instructors for their program. They hunt feral CAMELS!!! down there like we do hogs. It was a good class and we signed up a few new members.

Brandon is also working on becoming an instructor. All he has to do is pass his game warden interview.

That was a great class! I really enjoyed everyone! Neil added lots of extra insite, which I think was beneficial for all. Steven and Jacob proved to be first rate trackers! We signed up some members and I believe Jacob is going to entire the Youth Hunt contest at First Point. Steven is almost through with this entries. Good luck to both of them! Jack's classes are always motivational and I appreciate him letting me help out.

I think it might be time to plan a fellowship hunt to Australia. How does Camel taste anyway. I think I've heard of them smoked, but that's about it.

Could we also get a crocodile permit on the same hunt?

Great job folks. I still stand in awe of all you do for bowhunting.
