Very nice!! Where did you get your parts!! I have an old golf cart that I want to upgrade!

Back Seat and Deck Component - Rocky Top Carts - EBAY $350.00 including shipping, cheapest I found.

Heavy Duty Leaf Spring Kit - Buggiesunlimited.com - $100.00

Seat Covers - Anytime Golf Carts and Parts - EBAY - $75.00 put them on myself, it was easy.

Tires and Rims 23 - 11 x 10 - Local EZGO Shop Richmond TX - $180.00 also cheapest found.

Fender Flares - BuggiesUnlimited.com - $150.00

Paint (base coat, clear coat) - Local paint shop - $120.00, friend painted it, I gave him $100.00.

Lights - Walmart - $25.00

8 cans of spray truck bedliner - Walmart - $65.00

That just about covers it, not hard to work on at all.

Not sure how to do that with a gas powered, perhaps the front-end would be electric???????????

Do you have a any guidance?

Just get ya a winch on the front of it. Would be a heck of a lot cheaper and easier than making it 4x4. Then you can get out of anything.
