I got a letter today from a person who is planning on coming back with his son on the Grunts and Gobbles Hunt at the Brushy Hill Ranch. I don't think he'd mind if I used his name, but since I haven't talked to him yet I'll leave it off, but I thought you might like to hear part of what he said.

... I am looking forward to this years Grunts and Gobbles. I have a 13 year old son who is also looking forward to attending. This is his second year and he absolutely loved last years....

Oh and by the way, last year was the first year that my son,_________, was able to pull the 40 lbs. required to hunt with. He was so excited, even though we didn't get to bring anything home from the hunt. He had the time of his life. His birthday is March 31st, so last year's hunt hit at just the right time. This is an experience that he will remember into adulthood. He impatiently waits for the hunt the following year.....


Hope that makes you feel as good as it did me. That's what LSBA is all about and that's why we do what we do.

Watching all 8 trad guys line up and all shoot at once at the balloon (100 yds. away) was way cool!! Hope he makes some more good memories!!
