Monster Quest I was asked by National Geographic to help them get a monster or see a monster hog. Well we went out,,worked our tails off setting up T-post feeders, filling my feeders ..putting up texasboars nite lights and so on. I also did some re-enactment of the first hog I caught in the trap and what happened. We saw 11 hogs and some about 200 but not the big boy that I have been after. The show Monster Quest is on the history channel and will air June the 4th I think. We didnt get my big boy...I really wanted to shoot him with my bow anyway..so I am glad but yall should get a good laugh at my acting skills. Anyone know a good agent Here is from last night . I didnt hunt but check out how great the light is and how easy it would be to shoot one. The lights and then add a hawglite to your bow for the pinpoint shots..the pigs dont have a chance. Where the pigs are rubbing is Grim reaper scent attractent..Good stuff www.texasboars.com/videos/hickspond1.wmv (4 minutes) __________________ Tim Hicks Thicks@valspar.com TimH@hawglite.com |
