Frustration w/ Paper Tuning..Need Help!???

I thought I would paper tune my bow after changing the rest and pounds - and since I had never before. Got on goldtips website and got some instuctions, went home then shot some paper...I have know idea what these marks mean.
It looks like I'm out of tune with the point not entering in the center. I circled all the point entrances. But since ever one seems in a different spot I dont know what to do...????
I moved my nock point up a bit and shot the three in photo #3 on the right..They look pretty close..Then I shot the three in photo #3 on the left and back to having no idea????
VERY FRUSTRATING and there is no good bow shop in town..
Any help would be appreciated!

Are you using a drop away rest? Are you using a release? What poundage !! Your arrows maybe under spined with the new poundage!!

I have to ask the same questions as biggen.

What arrow are you shooting? what is the poundage of your bow? What type of rest are you shooting?

If you have the proper arrow for the poundage you are pulling and the spine is not broken and your rest is set properly. You will shoot what we call a bullet hole. A hole with three cuts.

When you shoot, do not grip the bow. Shoot with an open hand if you can. If you have any pressure on you bow riser you will tork your bow. Up, down side to side. Do not shoot at an angle.

By the look of your pics. You are torking the bow. You have one shot in the top pick that shows you are just a little off. And then one in the next that is just a little off. But your pics show. Left, right , nock high , nock low. Are you moving things between these shots. or are you shooting three or four times . Its hard to help someone over a PC but we will try.

Give use something to work with.

I suck at paper tuning, but I do know that one of the mistakes I made was having the paper to close to me when I shot. The arrow needs time to stabelize down range. Because you say every shot is different. Maybe the arrow is still in flux. Make sure the paper is 8 to 10 yards down range and try it.

If that doesn't work....go to the shop for professional help or buy a recurve...LOL.

Thanks for the replies..There was a pretty health discussion on TBH about my issue and I think I might just leave it well enough alone..I'm grouping 3.5 inches at 45yrds..Not great but will get it done so I may just call it good!

Thanks!

there are only a few keys to paper tuning.
the right spine arrow for your setup
shoot 3ft from paper you want the arrow to be stable right out of the bow.
check your grip no hand tourqing
use wax paper anything thicker will make the arrow shift in flight
and take your time paper tuning. it is very easy from fall away rest to old style tm hunters.
hope this helps.
