bought a new friend
 

Due to the horrendous wound loss rate on our lease at Mason I decided to get me a new running buddy. Now I just gotta get Cotton to train me. He is a Jack Russel... I have wanted one ever since I had to hold one back from jumping on a Cape Buffalo.

Wow ,,thats cool Buff..I need a call or your address..for a special present.. Them Jacks are great dogs,,,watch the grandkids..they are usually a one person dog..

I'm more worried about what my grandson might do to the dog. you never know what a 3 year old might do

My dad bought one from Mike and Nancy Palmer three years ago. We trained him ourselves. At first we weren't sure if he was really going to track a deer or not. But once he got that first one down it became natural to him and now he's found them before we can even get out of the truck.
