But it was a great time!! |
It was a blast and I meet a lot of great people. I am now fired up and want a long bow.....when I can afford one. What works of art. I am happy to be a new member of the LSBA family, what a great bunch of folks. I look forward to seeing some of you again soon. Thanks for a great time!

I won a blackbuck hunt, some arrow wraps and an antler letter opener....
Other than that, I think Marty and Bob Wright won everything out of the dollar auctions!!!! |
Figures! I can't win nuttin!

I don't understand this at all. When Mr Moynahan sold me that ticket, he assured me it was a winning ticket. Oh,well, better luck next time. I hope everybody had fun at the banquet while I was at work.

I won two hog hunts from the dollar raffles. :D I bid on a few hunts but I was completely satisifed with what I had. I did win the bidding on a very nice piece of art...I think it is fair to say I beat Joey. I really did. He was bidding against me so I smacked him with my program! I am petty sure he decided to let the crazy guy win. Thanks, Joey!

I won an auction item for this sweet looking turkey call donated by Flatline Custom Calls...
Attachment 1743 My nephew won the Kids-N-Kamo contest...I also gave up on a few items that other folks wanted more than I did. ;) Dave, if I'd known that the drawing had been donated from John Culpepper's collection, I would'a been bidding a little more even if you had a baseball bat, LOL. You have a special piece of art there, both Max (the artist) & Mr Culpepper were very instrumental during the early days of the LSBA. Enjoy the piece, sir. Here's a link to Max's website for you, http://www.maxgreinerart.com/index2.asp |
sounds like a good time was had by all.........:cheers:
