It is the LSBA's 40th Anniversary!! This year our Annual Awards Banquet, Expo & Pop-up 3-D Shoot will be held on June 14, 2014, at Reunion Ranch in Georgetown, Texas.

Our Guest Speakers will be Mike and Bonnie McFerrin from the Outdoor Channel's The Legends of the Fall. They will be there throughout the day to sign autographs and will do a question and answer session during the Banquet, so get your questions ready.

We are continuing to add seminars, so check back frequently for up to date information.

Pop-up 3-D Tournament with Jerry Boyles and Team Bowmasters of Arkansas begins 10:00 a.m.

11:00 a.m. Blood Trailing Seminar by Courtney Farris, National Lacy Dog Association

12:00 p.m. Expo and Vendors Open; MDH Outdoors will have their Techno Hunt trailer set up

We will be doing a pre-sale raffle. $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00 Sales will start as soon as I receive the raffle tickets from the printer. Drawing will be held at Reunion Ranch, Georgetown, TX on June 14th! Trailer pickup will be the responsibility of the winner. Good luck!!! The majority of the proceeds will go towards our youth archery program.

Millie and I will definitely be there again this year.

There are both king and two queen rooms available for both Friday and Saturday nights. Best Western is a pet friendly hotel.

Rate is $92.00 per night. We must book 10 rooms to get this rate, otherwise there will be an increase. Rooms must be booked by May 30, 2014 to get the special rate. Mention Lone Star Bowhunters Association for the blocked rooms and special rate. It includes a complimentary breakfast.

Will y'all be offering a TBBR Scoring Seminar? I think I know two 'potential scorers' who'll attend.

Note: I was informed Best Western in Georgetown charges a $20 non-refundable deposit for each dog. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the banquet.

Rick, I have been trying to get a P&Y Scorer to do a scoring seminar, but haven't had any luck so far. If need be, I will do the scoring seminar, it's just that I know I will be running around doing a hundred other things as well, while also trying to enjoy the expo and visit with vendors.
