My wife already says I am goig to be hard to live with until this is over!

WOW way to go Roger.... It really is important that we try to support our sponsors. I'm excited to have a chance to hunt with you. although 50 is awful old to be going that far away from home:err:

Not sure you the second great is, but I am hoping that some of Marty's "greatness" rubs off onto me! :D

I can hear the elk LOL'ing right now!

Roger sounds like a great hunt shaping up. Don't let 'em tell you that over 50 thing. After working out for 45 minutes or so I took a nice 5x5 mulie on my first hunt to Colorado and could have taken a rag horned bull but passed on him and I was 50+ at the time. All spot-n-stalk. Had to I couldn't walk any faster 'cause I couldn't breath!!Going back again this year after the elk.

You guys are going to have a great time and I can't wait for the video.

NDNRoger 03-11-2008 06:13 PM

John,

Yep, doing nothing but dreaming about it now! Going to be a looonng 6 months! Hope we get some good video, but the priority is the hunting!
