Just curious, did we ever get anywhere on the "ask the pro" idea that was floating around about 3 years ago? Or "questions to the editor"? Seems we were discussing it and then it faded away... I'd personally like to see an "advise corner" type article added to the mag. You know, like crafting arrows, tuning bows, tuning arrows, reading sign, stand placement, feeder repair, spot and stalk...

I know there's questions that I have occassionally that could be answered in this manner, and between folks like Buff, Kevin Hilbig, Bob Lee, Trailboss and more, we could really contribute to the advancement of folks' bowhunting and shooting endeavors.

I do agree with the "Advice Corner". I think that would be a benefit to the magazine. There are definitly a lot of knowledgable hunters involved here.

On its face, it sounds like a good idea. But I see some challenges at attempting such a column:

1. A person to administrate.
2. Several qualified individuals to reply.
3. As this is "supposed" to be a quarterly mag, I see the challenge of being quickly responded to. We would have to have several questions and answers in the column, much like "Ask Uncle Ted".

Letters to the Editor can always be sent in...maybe we could run short blurbs from the ones sent in...if any??
