Had heavy fog sunday in east texas had does everywhere but no buckasaurus.... They must be chasing tomme....

What happened to Tomme last I saw he was talking about GAY Bucks and now he has dissappeared. Guess maybe he is not really in the woods for the hunting! :wink: Hogslayer saw a nice ten this morning chasing a doe again. Cooler weather has them stirred up. It was 45 this morning, finally had to put on two layers. (Edwards Platue)

I was beginning to see some big bucks at Ft Hood, but I took off for my Rancho Creek hunt last week and that kind of killed me on the rut here. Guess I'll go for the post rut action after Thanksgiving.

Hope you get that 10 point, missed a hog (with a rifle) at 250 yards last weekend, that was all we saw except for running does, we had over 30 in the big pasture again. No Bucks but the moon was up and we were sleeping. Been switching between bow and rifle...the Hogs are tearing up the farm! FYI, got a call from Rick a couple of weeks ago, he sounded great. Hopefully the hunt tomme is contemplating will bring him back
