Non Member Access to Website

Is there a way to block non-members from posting to the website? I'm beginning to think that may be the only way to keep some of the jibberish from appearing here.

I am sure there probably is, but not sure if that is the best thing to do. I will contact our webmaster again and let him know that WE HAVE A PROBLEM again.

Most of this is done by auto scripting. Someone writes a program to crawl the internet looking for older software to spam. Our software on our site is older and does not prevent this.
