I don't see a problem as long as you have the green light to take one or two. There are lots of young bucks there, where are the big ones.

The only problem I see is how big is your freezer and if you have enough arrows.
Let the feather fly.

I can help you with that problem Ronny!:D
Dang with feed prices so high, you do have a problem. Thankfully I don't live too far from your problem and would be glad to help you out. I just hate to see you spend all your hard earned money feeding Axis. Did I mention you are my BFF

No Axis hunt, no ride to Nebraska.
Ok, just kidding, but I know that you're working hard, so since I'm retired I'm willing to sacrifice my hard earned leisure time and come up there, stay at your place, drink your beer, sing songs with Michael in the evenings, and help you solve your Axis problem.
After the third or fourth though, I will need help with the skinning, quartering and processing.

Hey Tomme, I'm retired too. Maybe we could make a road trip out it in case one of us would need help lifting the axis into the back of the pick-up. What do you say, Ronny?

As you can see, there are many on here that are more than willing to help you with your problem. I myself having never hunted or eaton an axis would still be willing to offer my assistance, just to help out a fellow hunter.
