State Shoot rules

I think I overheard something about being able to drop one of you scores going into State?

Can someone give me the specifics of this please.

From my understanding that is possible as long as you pay up from for the regional shoot as well as state. For instance you must pay the $20 for the state shoot and at the same time you need to pay an additional $15 for a regional shoot...this way they will use your score for both the state shoot and a regional shoot. Unfortunately I have to do it this way since I missed the first shoot so that I will have 4 scores.
