Bar E Ranch in Hondo

I'm shopping for Christmas gifts and want to give my son in law a Bowhunt. Does anyone have any current information on the Bar E? I reviewed the web page,but would like feedback if anyone has been there this year .

I had taken my son there last July and had a great time. The camphouse is first class and the Zimmerman's are some of the best people you will meet. We saw plenty of game and my son got a shot on a ram but it was a marginal shot. But we we happy to find out that the ram recovered. My son is eager to go back and close the deal. This was the second time I had been there. The first time I took a nice Axis. So I think you will be pleased with Bar E.

Bar E is a first class style hunting lodge!

It has ruined my hunting trips forever, you stay there and you will expect better everytime! and still a very reasonable price.

My family(wife and 2 kids) have no idea what it use to be like to go hunting...camping, sweating the whole experiance.

You will not be dissappointed with the zimmermans hospitality.
