Well we made it back from Nebraska. Had a great time again this year. Hunting was pretty tough because it Rained a LOT:(, but Brad was able to take a good buck and Dennis took a doe on our last morning. Tomme missed a deer or two I think :D. Did I say it rained a lot. Anyway here are a few pictures, hope ya'll enjoy.
And there is a great story to go with Brads buck. And it rained

Great buck Brad, I love that mass and those crab claws at the ends of the main beams. I am very jealous. Congrats.

That would be me. I want to buy for Tomme, but I don't want him to know I am buying until after he orders. :)

Too late Chunky, I already know that you're paying.

Rainy and COLD for three out of the five days. The group after ours has the right weather and we just missed it. Still the fun and fellowship was there and if I could have brought back just a portion of the Barnyard Stuff (BS) that was flowing up there I could have a great crop of tomatoes.

Brad is truly an "amazing" hunter and you'll see why when you read his story in the magazine of this hunt. Dennis's doe field dressed at 120#. You got to love those corn fed Nebraska deer.

I had one opportunity at a doe, but decided not to take her so I fired a warning shot in her direction and ran her off.

All I can say too is that Nebraska to Rockport is a long way. I caught a 3 hour nap at my son's in San Antonio, but still managed to sleep 12 hours after I got home.

Can't wait till next year.
