It's getting close. The LSBA javelina hunt is going down at First point next weekend. Based on what I saw on my deer hunt there in January there's a good chance that we will have some successful hunters and a magazine article or so. Brad Adams is running this one for LSBA, but I'm going along to give him the benefit of my sage advice (like No, no Brad, that's not sage, that's poison ivy!) and other useful suggestions.

Did everyone get the directions and the phone number to call for the gate combo number? If not drop me an email and I'll send them to you.

If you're all set I'll see you at first point between 11-12 on Friday.

Mark, knowing Tomme, there's gonna be a LOT more stories than pics. Some elevated stories at that. Remember that hog he supposedly shot at 3 years ago at the G&G. His "almost won the concrete pig" hog?

Yeah, Tomme, braing it to us. :D

Have fun bud. Hope you fill your tags. ;)

Daretobowhunt, you can hunt javis year round in most parts of Texas. There are still a few counties that have a short season. You really need to look down in South Texas for lots of javi. West Texas as them also, just harder to find a place to hunt. I am sure someone will add some ranches shortly. Bob
