Got a Good One!

Dakota and I went to the lease this weekend. We were trying to get him on a big 6 we were looking for or a big doe but instead this guy I have been chasing most of the season showed up. I have only seen this deer two or three times, always out of range. But this morning he screwed up. Here's the photos.

I tried to get him to just sit tight and wait for another deer, not going to happen. He could not wait to put his hands on that deer. I think he was more excited. It was a great weekend for me and Dakota, He gave me a big hug and said he was proud of me. When your grandkids start saying that stuff, well it don't get any better.
