Here goes...
I have been sick,the kids got sick,,Jennifer got sick,been hunting a few times and I havent seen a deer,, I was griping to my brother-inlaw...he says to me come to our lease, lots of does and no shots been offered to any of us..I said ok..He told me to shoot what comes in and any buck will do..So this afternoon I made the drive and had 2 does pass me at 35 yards..almost shot one and decided to see what would come by my ground blind..as I was sitting this little 10 point came in..and I mean little but man he looked big standing 30 yards from me. I have never been to his place and took directions and set a ground blind up on a trail..I never found his feeders..I did have a key so I know I was on the right place..anyway I had a lot of shrinkage on this small 10 point ..but I guess after a good shot I should feel good.I do but I should have waited but man it feels good.
